Building upon the foundations laid in Level One, Level Two of the Qurʾān Mastery Program is designed for students at two distinct stages of their Qurʾanic journey.

For Ḥāfiẓāt students, the Qurʾān Mastery & Ijāzah Program focuses on working towards an Ijāzah in the recitation of Ḥafṣ. At this stage, the student’s ḥifẓ khatm formally commences, with close one-on-one supervision to ensure accuracy, fluency, and confidence. The duration of the ijāzah khatm is not fixed, as emphasis is placed on mastery rather than speed.

For non-Ḥāfiẓāt students, the Qurʾān Mastery & Khatm Program centres on developing strong, accurate, and consistent Qurʾānic reading. Through focused individual sessions, students begin a fully supervised reading khatm, progressing through the Qurʾān from beginning to end while applying tajwīd correctly. Upon completion, students are awarded a Certificate of Qurʾān Completion & Tajwīd Proficiency, affirming their refined recitation and sound command of tajwīd.

Alongside practical recitation, all students engage in advanced tajwīd studies, deepening their understanding through the study of al-Muqaddimah al-Jazariyyah and al-Fawāʾid al-Makkiyyah. Students capable of doing so are also guided to memorise al-Muqaddimah al-Jazariyyah, strengthening their theoretical grounding and reinforcing the close integration of theory and application that defines the Qurʾān Mastery Program.
