Level Three represents the final stage of the Qurʾān Mastery Program through the study of  al-Salsabīl al-Shāfī. This text presents a comprehensive exposition of tajwīd, integrating and reinforcing earlier tajwīd texts studied within the program while covering the full spectrum of rules required for mastery of the recitation of Ḥafṣ. By the end of this level, students possess sufficient theoretical depth to independently refine and perfect their recitation, while continuing and completing the supervised khatm or ijāzah khatm initiated in Level Two, applying advanced tajwīd principles with consistency, precision, and confidence under close supervision.
